To secure your booking we require a deposit of £200 (non-refundable), with the remainder of the balance payable six weeks before your wedding date. Please check the details below and indicate what you would like included in your package.

It is customary to provide a meal for your videographer during the evening meal in a suitable location (e.g. hotel bar). Please indicate if you are happy to notify your reception venue of this arrangement.

To allow us to share content of your wedding with you through social media, please provide your Instagram handles where possible

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking is only confirmed and your wedding date reserved once this booking form has been completed and £200 deposit has been paid and cleared. Deposit is non-refundable after seven day cancellation period.

2. Final balance must be paid six weeks before your wedding date.

3. Cancellation policy – you may cancel within seven days of booking with us and a refund will be issued for your deposit.

4. If for any reason beyond our control we cannot produce your wedding film (e.g. death) we will refund the cost of any payment made in full and that will be the limit of our liability. This excludes refund of any deposit payment made in the event of the wedding being cancelled for any reason.

5. If coverage is required of entertainment during the evening meal (e.g. Singing Waiters) an additional flat fee of £150 will apply

6. Turnaround – your completed wedding film will be ready within approximately 12-16 weeks of your wedding date.

7. Following delivery of your wedding video if there are any small changes that you would like to be made we will not charge extra for doing so, but any request must be made within 7 days after initial receipt.

8. Copyright – we retain the copyright to all material recorded on the day. We also reserve the right to show a highlights montage on our website or social media unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
